Orders, returns and privacy
For order support, include your order number and a description of the issue. For a return, include the item and whether it is faulty or you have changed your mind. Return addresses are provided individually for each order by email. Contact miaossedu@gmail.com before posting a return so that it goes to the correct location. We do not accept walk-in returns or provide in-store collection. A clear withdrawal notice by email is sufficient to notify us of a statutory withdrawal; requesting the correct return address does not remove that right.
Privacy rights requests can be sent to the same support email. Do not send full payment card numbers, card security codes or account passwords.
