Dispatch and destinations

Orders dispatch from the location arranged for your individual order. Destination availability is confirmed for each order. The region selector does not guarantee delivery to every address; contact us before ordering if availability has not been confirmed.

Processing and delivery

Dispatch and order-processing times are arranged individually. Before ordering, email miaossedu@gmail.com with the item and destination to obtain the processing and delivery estimate for your order.

Delivery time depends on the dispatch location, destination, carrier and customs clearance. There is no single delivery estimate for all orders. Obtain your order-specific estimate by email before placing an order.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates unless we expressly agree otherwise. We will contact you if we become aware of a material delay. This does not limit remedies available under applicable consumer law.

Shipping charges

Checkout currently offers shipping at HKD 87.85 per order for the available shipping options. Any different order-specific shipping quote must be agreed and reflected in the final order total before payment. Product prices do not include shipping unless expressly stated.

Taxes and import duties

Prices and checkout totals are charged in Hong Kong dollars (HKD). Shipping and any taxes calculated by the store are shown at checkout. Cross-border shipments may involve destination import duties or local charges; ask us to confirm the treatment for your order before purchase. We do not promise that every international shipment is duty-paid.

Delivery details and tracking

Check your delivery address and contact details before confirming an order. Where tracking is available, we will provide it with the dispatch information. Availability of a country in a region selector alone is not a guarantee that every product or shipping method can be delivered there.

Late, missing or damaged parcels

Contact miaossedu@gmail.com with your order number if a parcel is delayed, missing or damaged. We will investigate the shipment and explain the applicable remedy. Do not discard damaged packaging before the issue has been reviewed.
