• Payment references, transaction status and limited payment information returned by our payment provider. Full card numbers and card security codes are entered in Stripe's payment fields and are not stored by this storefront.
• Technical information needed to operate and protect the store, including browser and device information, IP addresses and essential session identifiers.

Why we use information

We use customer information to operate accounts, process and deliver orders, provide support, handle returns and refunds, protect against misuse and maintain required business records. Where relevant data protection law applies, the legal bases are performance of a contract, legal obligations and proportionate legitimate interests in store security and service operation. Optional activities that require consent will only take place with the required consent.

Service providers and disclosures

We share information necessary for the service with payment processors, hosting providers and delivery providers. We may also disclose information where legally required, to protect legal rights, or to advisers subject to confidentiality. Cookies and similar technologies

• _medusa_cache_id identifies the storefront cache session and is set for up to one day.
• _medusa_cart_id remembers a shopping cart and _medusa_jwt maintains an account sign-in; these cookies are set for up to seven days. Signing out or completing a cart can remove the relevant cookie earlier.
• Stripe may use its own technologies to provide secure payment fields and fraud prevention. See Stripe's privacy and cookie notices for its practices.
• You can manage cookies in your browser. Blocking essential cookies can prevent sign-in, carts and checkout from working. This storefront currently has no separate advertising or audience analytics integration.

Retention

We retain information for as long as necessary for the account, order, support or security purpose for which it was collected, and longer where applicable accounting, tax, dispute or other legal obligations require it. We delete or de-identify information when it is no longer needed. You can request details about retention for your records through our support contact.

International processing

The store is operated from Hong Kong. Hosting, payment processing and related service providers may process information in other countries. Stripe explains its processing locations and practices in its privacy notice. Security

We use HTTPS for connections to the store and Stripe-hosted payment fields for card entry. Access to customer information is limited to the operation and support of the store. No internet service can promise absolute security; do not send card details or passwords to customer support.
