The seller is Miaogic服装店, trading as MIAOGIC. Business location: Hong Kong. Online-only store; no physical retail shop, walk-in collection or in-person returns. Customer support: miaossedu@gmail.com.
Products and prices
The product page describes the item, available options and price. Select the correct variant before adding it to your cart. Prices identify the transaction currency; review the order total, shipping and tax information at checkout. Product availability can change before an order is completed.
Ordering and payment
Review your items, contact details, delivery address and total before placing your order. The payment methods available to your order are shown at checkout. Card payments use Stripe. A payment may first be authorized and captured later; an authorization hold is not the same as a completed charge.
The store currently uses test payments. Test orders do not constitute purchases of physical goods and are not fulfilled. Do not enter real payment card details in the test checkout.
Delivery, returns and cancellation
Our Shipping & Delivery and Returns & Refunds policies form part of these terms and are available before you place your order. They explain dispatch, delivery estimates, shipping charges, return requests, refunds and cancellation.
Promotions and restrictions
If a promotion is offered, its eligibility, duration, applicable items and other conditions will be stated with the offer. We only accept orders and arrange deliveries where the products and transaction are permitted by applicable law and any disclosed shipping restrictions.
Consumer rights and support
Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights. Contact miaossedu@gmail.com with an order question or complaint. These terms do not prevent you from using rights or remedies available in your country or with your payment provider.
